1. 운영자 및 적용 범위
RevStudio는 Android용 Catalyst Cats를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 광고와 Google Play 인앱 구매가 포함된 일반 Android 버전 후보 1.2.1(10205)에 적용됩니다. 별도로 표시된 CLOSED-TEST DEMO 10203, iOS 및 웹 버전에는 적용되지 않습니다. 개인정보 문의 및 요청은 rev@kakao.com으로 비공개로 보내 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 카드 정보 또는 구매 증빙을 공개 게시판에 올리지 마세요.
2. 처리하는 정보
- 진행 상황, 재화, 설정 및 소유 상태는 기기에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 요청한 내보내기/백업 코드는 기기에서 처리되며, 앱 밖에 사본을 공유할지는 사용자가 결정합니다. 게임 계정 등록이나 운영자의 클라우드 진행 동기화는 없습니다.
- 지속적으로 유지되는 기기 내 생성 무작위 플레이어 식별자가 RevenueCat App User ID로 사용됩니다. 이름이나 이메일에서 만들어지지는 않지만 구매 내역과 연결될 수 있으므로 가명처리 식별자이며 반드시 익명인 것은 아닙니다.
- Google Play와 RevenueCat은 구매 검증, 유료 권한 부여, 복원, 구매 관련 분석 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 상품, 거래 정보, 구매/복원 결과 및 관련 식별자를 처리합니다. 앱은 카드 또는 은행 계좌 정보를 직접 받지 않습니다.
- Google AdMob과 UMP는 광고 및 동의 처리, 측정, 분석, 서비스 운영 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소 및 IP 기반 대략적 위치, 기기/광고 식별자, 광고/앱 상호작용, 성능/진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 허용되는 경우 이 정보는 다른 앱 또는 사이트의 정보와 결합될 수 있습니다.
- 현재 일반 Android 구성에는 Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Firestore 또는 별도의 운영자 게임 이벤트 분석 전송 URL이 설정되어 있지 않습니다. 이는 광고/결제 SDK의 처리와는 별개입니다. 앱이 원격 구성 또는 관련 정적 리소스를 요청하면 호스팅 제공업체는 IP 주소를 포함한 요청 및 연결 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

3. 선택권
동의 관리 SDK가 허용하는 경우 광고 요청이 진행됩니다. 동의 화면과 광고 이용 가능 여부는 지역, 기기 및 SDK 상태에 따라 달라집니다. 제공되는 선택은 표시되는 경우 게임의 광고 개인정보 설정 및 적용되는 Android/Google 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 거부, 식별자 관련 선택 또는 오류는 광고를 제한하거나 표시되지 않게 할 수 있으며, 비개인화 광고가 항상 제공된다는 보장은 아닙니다. 핵심 게임 플레이는 선택적 광고와 구분됩니다.
4. 제공업체 및 처리 위치

5. 보관 및 요청
게임의 초기화 및 적용되는 Android 앱 데이터 삭제/제거 기능으로 관련 로컬 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 별도 기기 백업과 앱 밖에 공유한 코드 사본은 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 초기화 또는 제거는 Google Play, RevenueCat, Google 또는 호스팅 제공업체의 기록을 삭제하지 않습니다.
외부 지원, 구매, 광고 및 진단 기록은 그 목적, 서비스 보호, 법적 요구사항 및 제공업체 보관 정책에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다. 확인되지 않은 고정 보관 기간이나 모든 경우의 삭제 결과를 약속하지 않습니다. 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 제한을 요청하려면 게임, Android 플랫폼 및 요청 내용을 적어 rev@kakao.com으로 비공개로 보내 주세요. 요청 및 관련 기록을 식별하기 위해 최소한의 관련 정보를 비공개로 요청할 수 있습니다. 가능한 조치와 제한은 운영자의 통제 범위 및 제공업체 절차에 따릅니다. 독립적으로 관리되는 결제 기록은 제공업체의 자체 절차가 필요할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동 및 보안
이 앱은 13세 미만 아동(EEA에서는 16세 미만)을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 콘텐츠 등급은 지역별 동의 요건의 충족을 의미하지 않습니다. 아동 정보에 관한 우려는 위 연락처로 보내 주세요. 전송 보안은 사용되는 서비스와 구성에 따르며 절대적 보안을 보장하지 않습니다. 구성된 원격 및 법적 엔드포인트는 HTTPS를 사용하며, Google Mobile Ads SDK의 전송에는 Google의 TLS 지침이 적용됩니다.

1. Operator and scope
RevStudio operates Catalyst Cats for Android. This policy covers the normal Android candidate 1.2.1 (10205), with advertising and Google Play in-app purchases. It does not cover the separately labelled CLOSED-TEST DEMO 10203, iOS, or web versions. Send privacy enquiries and requests privately to rev@kakao.com. Do not post passwords, verification codes, card details or purchase evidence in public forums.
2. Information handled
- Progress, currencies, settings and ownership state are stored on the device. User-requested export/backup codes are processed locally; users decide whether to share copies outside the app. There is no game-account registration or operator cloud-progress sync.
- A persistent locally generated random player identifier is used as the RevenueCat App User ID. It is not derived from a name or email but can be linked to purchase history; it is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous.
- Google Play and RevenueCat process products, transaction information, purchase/restore results and relevant identifiers for purchase validation, paid entitlements, restoration, purchase-related analytics and abuse prevention. The app does not directly receive card or bank-account details.
- Google AdMob and UMP may process IP addresses and IP-derived approximate location, device/advertising identifiers, advertising/app interactions and performance/diagnostic information for advertising and consent processing, measurement, analytics, service operation and fraud prevention. Where permitted, information may be combined with data from other apps or sites.
- The current normal Android configuration has no Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Firestore or separate operator game-event analytics transmission URL configured. Advertising/billing SDK processing is separate. When the app requests remote configuration or related static resources, the hosting provider may process request and connection information, including IP addresses.
- Optional email support processes the email address, message and troubleshooting information the user supplies.
3. Choices
Application ad requests proceed when allowed by the consent-management SDK. Consent screens and ad availability depend on region, device and SDK state. Available choices can be changed through the game's ad-privacy control where shown and through applicable Android/Google settings. Denial, identifier-related choices or errors may limit or prevent ads; non-personalised advertising is not guaranteed. Core gameplay is separate from optional advertising.
4. Providers and processing locations
Google provides AdMob, UMP and Google Play billing; RevenueCat provides purchase validation, entitlements, restoration and purchase-related analytics. Resource-hosting providers may process connection information needed to deliver their services. Information is transmitted during service use and may be processed in the United States or other countries, depending on the provider. Provider policies and available privacy settings also apply. 5. Retention and requests
The game's reset and applicable Android app-data deletion/uninstall controls remove relevant local data. Separate device backups and externally shared code copies must be managed separately. Resetting/uninstalling does not delete Google Play, RevenueCat, Google or hosting-provider records.
External support, purchase, advertising and diagnostic records may be handled for their purposes, service protection, legal requirements and provider retention policies. No unverified fixed retention period or universal deletion outcome is promised. For access, correction, deletion or restriction requests, privately email rev@kakao.com with the game, Android platform and request. Minimum relevant information may be requested privately to identify a request and related records. Available actions and limitations depend on the operator's control and provider procedures. Independently controlled payment records may require the provider's own process.
6. Children and security
The app is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA). A content rating does not establish compliance with regional consent requirements. Send concerns about children's data to the contact above. Transmission safeguards depend on the services and configuration used; absolute security is not guaranteed. Configured remote and legal endpoints use HTTPS, and Google Mobile Ads SDK transport follows Google's TLS guidance.
7. Changes
Changes and an effective date will be posted on the public policy, with additional notice where required.
